I was on the fence about buying this skirt as it is quite expensive for me, but I could not stop thinking about it, so I took the plunge. It is now one of my favorite articles of clothing—it goes with everything, and the pockets are DEEP. I literally have to stop myself from wearing the skirt every day of the week—it is such a great way to dress up a tshirt, or make an old dress shirt feel ever so slightly cooler. You can really tell that a lot of time and craft went into this skirt. It was an investment, but it is so worth it, and it means so much to be buying from a local company that pays workers a living wage!
A boring note on sizing: my usual size (medium) was sold out at time of purchase, so I actually sized down and got a small. I was a bit nervous, as most reviews said to size up, but the small is perfect, and I wouldnt want it any other way! If you are like me and have a smaller waist, relative to the rest of you, I would recommend sizing sown as well.
