Returns Policy


Returns must be processed through our returns portal 14 days from the day you receive your order. If received date is beyond this period, please contact us at 

Once notified of your return, item(s) must be received in our warehouse within the next 14 days for inspection.

  • The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which originally sent and packaged with tags included. 
  • Inside the returned package, customers must include a note with their order number/RMA number. 
  • WAWWA does not cover international returns postage.
  • Domestic returns are covered using pre-paid returns labels, unless opting for a refund. In which case the shipping amount will be deducted. Please see refunds section below for more details.



If you want to exchange an item then we will offer to cover return postage using pre-paid labels (domestic orders only). Please note stock is not reserved for exchanges. We recommend placing an order for the size you require to avoid disappointment. 

If the item you have requested for exchange is out of stock, we will issue you with store credit automatically. If you decide against store credit, the option of a refund is available.


Store Credit

If you have selected Store credit you will receive a Gift voucher. Once the Gift voucher has been created and emailed to you, the option of a refund will no longer be available to you.

International customers receive a Discount Code rather than a Gift Voucher.



If you have used one of our pre-paid labels and prefer a refund, we will deduct the cost of the return label - £3.50 (what it costs us) from your refund. 

Ensure the item is packaged with original packaging if possible. There is a second seal strip on the shipping bags which mean they can be re-used. If not, seal the item in a separate bag to the outer packaging. 

Once the item has has been received at our premises, we will process and inspect it as soon as possible. Normally this is is within 5 working days of receipt. Please note during busy periods this can take longer.

Please note, refunds can take between 10-14 working days to be credited back to your payment method. This is only after returns have been fully inspected. 

If the items are not in their original condition, then we may only be able to issue a partial refund. Damaged items will waive the right of a refund entirely.


Made To Order Items

Please note if you wish to return a made to order item, then we will only be able to offer either a replacement (for example in another size or colour) or store credit. If you are unsure whether your item is made to order or not, please check the product details on the product page.
