Pre Order Details

As a small and independent brand, pre-orders help us develop the product and enable us to get the products made. Factories often require advance payment so your pre-orders are appreciated.

The expected date for delivery is not set in stone, please note there can be unforeseen delays which can be out of our hands. However we set a date that we expect to be the latest arrival date.

In the event a pre-order item is cancelled, then the amount will be refunded to a gift card balance which can be redeemed by the customer including a discretionary extra 20% bonus.
