  • Inventory Management: Maintain meticulous records of on-hand inventory, monitor stock levels, and update inventory databases. Collaborate with procurement to initiate replenishment orders while optimizing stock levels.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial management and an aptitude for utilizing financial tools and software. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability and efficiency of our organization by overseeing various financial activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Management Accounts Preparation:

    • Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team for strategic decision-making.
  2. Cash Flow Management:

    • Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet operational requirements and timely payment of bills and invoices.
    • Implement effective cash flow forecasting and management strategies.
  3. Financial Software Utilization:

    • Utilize financial software, particularly Xero, for managing accounting records, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

  4. Payroll Administration:

  5. Tax Compliance:

  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the buying and production teams to ensure seamless operational facilities and alignment of financial goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using financial software, particularly Xero, for accounting and reporting purposes.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
