All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail. Royal Mail international delivery or another reputable courier. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days of payment. During busier periods, this may vary to longer periods.
If there are any problems with your order, we will notify you via email within two working days.
Please allow up to 7 days delivery to mainland UK addresses (unless stated otherwise in description ). If your delivery takes longer than this, please contact us and we will chase it up for you. From time to time there can be delays in the Royal Mail service as specified on their website.
We ship our products all over the world, however shipping costs will vary depending upon your location. Please email us for further details and a delivery quote.
If an item is faulty then we will be happy to offer either a full refund or exchange for the product. You will initially be responsible for the delivery costs for the return, though we will be happy to refund these costs upon receipt of the faulty product.
In the case of goods that are faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, contact details, product details and details as to the reason for the return. Please also inform us whether you require an exchange or a refund and we will advise you how to best proceed regarding your return.
If you would like to exchange a product for another product, either due to incorrect sizing or you have changed your mind we will be happy to exchange your product. Unfortunately you will be responsible for any shipping charges you may incur. We regret that we are currently unable to offer refunds for a product unless they are faulty.
If you require an exchange for a product, please email us at email@example.com quoting your order number, details of the product you wish to exchange and details of the products you wish to exchange it for. We will then contact you and advise as to how best proceed regarding your exchange.
In accordance with the UK's distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from us for a full refund including your initial postage costs. Order cancellations should be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number within 7 days of receiving your goods. Goods will need to be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and labelling still attached. You will be responsible for any delivery costs incurred.
We will email you upon receipt of your return parcel and will complete your refund within 30 days of receipt of your order cancellation. We will aim to complete your refund as fast as possible.
For any returns it is your responsibility to ensure any goods return to us in their original condition. It is recommended that you use a service which requires a signature upon delivery as any item lost in transit will be your responsibility.
ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT
For orders sent using a non-tracked method, there can be a delay in the products delivery time as specified by Royal Mail on their website. In order for us to submit a claim, Royal Mail require we wait 10 working days until we can submit a claim for something lost in transit.
If we have made a mistake, then we will rectify it as soon as possible by sending out a replacement to the correct address.
If there has been an error on the customers part, such as entering the incorrect address or a previous address we will do our best to rectify the situation. Typically we will offer a substantial discount so that the customer can re-purchase the items, or in the case the mistake caused a inconvenient delay in delivery, we will offer a refund upon return of the items.
We accept payment via paypal and all usual credit & debit cards. All payments are handled by a trusted and secure third party and no card records are held on file or stored by us. We take our customers security very seriously, so take every effort to ensure customers details are kept safe.
If you wish to make a payment via a method not currently accepted, or wish to make payment via bank transfer, please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to facilitate the payment.
If we fail to receive your payment within 7 days of your order, unfortunately we will be be forced to cancel your order.
