Much smaller than it appears in the photos. Strap was flimsy and too narrow to be anything but uncomfortable. Zip didn’t look very durable either. Sent it straight back and found they don’t even cover postage on returns. Still waiting for my refund. 😔

All of our products are made with YKK zippers which are the best on the market and all of our products have a resonable warranty on them so please don't worry about the bag failing on you. We are also happy to repair any products at no cost to yourself other than the postage, should the bag be damaged in anyway.

The best bag

Great bag for anything really. Groceries, cycling, to work (16 inch laptop). Holds good in the rain. I love it

Really happy with my purchase! Love that it's made in the UK. The adjustable strap is super convenient, and there’s plenty of space for my essentials - it fits my 13-inch MacBook Air, some notebooks, and a water bottle perfectly. Also love the little pocket where I store my keys and AirPods. That said, I do wish the straps were a bit thicker; the thin design can get uncomfortable after a while. It’d also be great if you guys offered brighter, pastel-like colours. Overall though, I'm quite happy, 9.5/10

I love this bag! I've been looking for a bag like this for a long time, and it was a great find. This bag fits loads in and the cubes are perfect for organisation.

Fantastic!

I bought the water-resistant messenger bag in black, and I'm suuuper happy with it! It's the perfect size for daily carry, and is thoughtfully made. It's my new favourite EDC bag, especially now during colder/wetter months, as during summer I was carrying a cotton crossbody tote. The strap is sturdy and comfortable with a nice feel to it, the zipper is YKK and can be "locked" using the strap's G-hook, which is a nice touch. The inside pocket is the perfect size for an iPhone or tissues, and the inside hook can be used to attach a carabiner/keys. Overall the bag is 10/10, I like it more than my more expensive sling from Cote & Ciel haha. The only downside I can mention is that it took a few days for the smell of the black dye (or waterproofing?) to disappear, because my bag was very recently made before being shipped, but this is not a problem for me at all. I also appreciate that it's not an another thing made in some Chinese sweatshop!

Reproofable

This product can be reproofed using a suitable spray in order to make the product water resistant again and ensure it's longevity. We reccomend doing this every few months or after any particularly heavy downpours.
