Would you be able to elaborate on why you think the strap is insubstantial? We are always looking for ways to improve our products and would love to hear more.

If you are concerned about the weight threshold, you need not worry. Our straps are a high quality, strong webbing which is designed for supporting weight. They points at which they attach to the bag have also been tested to support weight. However if you ever have a fault in any of these areas, we are happy to repair the bag, free of charge.
