Nice bag. Came quicker then expected. Only thing is that te strap keeps coming of, thanks to the G-hook, so i don't really see the point of that.
Really like the new pocket tho, and the material is really heavy duty.

Hi Tijn,

The hook shouldn't come undone easily. Make sure you are wearing it with the hook at the front of the body and pointing towards the bag as shown in the photo on the product page. This should stop any issues of it coming undone.

The G-hook should be a tight fit on the strap that it hooks onto. If you believe it to be too loose and it is causing you issues, please get in touch with our repairs team at hi@wawwa.co.

This product can be reproofed using a suitable spray in order to make the product water resistant again and ensure it's longevity. We reccomend doing this every few months or after any particularly heavy downpours.
