The team painstakingly remove any excess threads or imperfections, to ensure your garment is finished neatly and ready to wear.

4. Rigourous Quality Control

QC Checks are applied in order to ensure your garment is in perfect condition and free from defects.

5. Finishing Touches Are Applied

Any buttons, labels, swing tags or other finishing touches are applied to the garment.

6. Packaged Up & Ready To Ship

Once all the previous steps are complete, we package your garment up in a protective poly bag ready to be shipped out to you.

FAQs

Water-resistant and waterproof are terms used to describe how well a material or product can resist water. The main difference between the two is the level of protection they offer against water.

Water-resistant means that the material or product can resist the penetration of water to some degree, but not entirely. It can withstand light rain or water splashes for a short time, but prolonged exposure to water or heavy rain can seep through the material and damage the contents of the item.

Waxed cotton is the original performance fabric and involves treating cotton with a wax coating for water repellency. Waxes and oils are naturally occurring substances found in leaves, bean/seed coverings, animal furs and feathers. It is nature's protection against the elements.
Waxed garments can be reproofed regularly, making them exceptionally sustainable compared to synthetic fabrics that often end up in landfills. Unlike PFC chemistry, which provides hydrophobic effects synthetically, waxes offer a natural barrier, reducing environmental impact.
The wax application processes are low-impact, minimizing environmental harm compared to conventional manufacturing methods. The waxes are fully biodegradable and PFC-free, underlining our commitment to eco-friendly practices.
