Amazing quality as per my first pair of Zama’s . I must add what an amazing these folk are at wawwa the customer service is second to none truly they really looked after me on a little issue amazing . And at 65 I know good service when I experience it . Will continue to invest in buying there quality product from wawwa 🙏🏽

Déception

Après une très longue attente je reçois enfin ma commande. Le guide des tailles n'étant pas fiable, c'est 2 fois trop grand ! Je fais donc un retour, qui n'est pas gratuit contrairement à ce que le site indique ... ce qui me coûte 23 € ! Le colis a été livré mais je n'ai aucune confirmation de la réception de la marchandise ni aucune idée du délai de livraison de l'article de remplacement demandé ... S'il faut plus de 3 mois pour avoir enfin le pantalon que je souhaite, c'est inacceptable ! Bref, Wawwa ... à éviter absolument

I'm sorry to hear that the size chart did not appear to be accurate in your experience. Would you please be able to elaborate on what was not right about it so that we can investigate to see if the chart needs to be changed. Sometimes when we make a new product we rely on customer feedback for correcting issues like this as sometimes a new fabric fits differently once sewn together. As you have stated, our website does state that exchanges are free which is true and accurate. Whilst we currently don't have the ability to provide return labels, we are more than happy to provide a reimbursement if you can provide a copy of the shipping receipt. You can send this to the previously mentioned email.

We're currently very busy getting orders out for christmas which sadly means returns are usually processed within 5 working days. We apologise for this delay. Almost perfect

I bought a medium size as I heard from previous reviews that the waist band might be tight so instead of buying a small, which would of fitted better in the legs, I went for a medium. Even in medium the elastic waist band is too tight, and the adjustable toggle is on its longest length. I would like to have had more length in the waist band to allow for more variation in waist fit. Other than that I have still kept the medium size as although tight it's not uncomfortably so and quality is really good.

Water Resistant

Water-resistant means that the material or product can resist the penetration of water to some degree, but not entirely. It can withstand light rain or water splashes for a short time, but prolonged exposure to water or heavy rain can seep through the material.

Reproofable

This product can be reproofed using a suitable spray in order to make the product water resistant again and ensure it's longevity. We reccomend doing this every few months or after any particularly heavy downpours.
