The time your order takes to arrive can vary due to the multiple different shipping options you have a as either a UK customer or International customer.

Standard shipping costs £2.95 and is free on orders over £40
Standard orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48. A tracking code will be emailed to you or sent via text depending upon the option you chose during checkout.
Next day shipping costs £4.40 and is free on orders over £75
Next day orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24 or DHL UK next day service.
Tracking codes will be sent via email. If you put in your mobile number during checkout you should receive extra notifications, such as day of delivery, one hour delivery slot and other options.
Thanks to the world's most idiotic thing, Brexit, shipping to the EU has changed slightly. However, we have set up our shipping so that there should be no fees due at the point of delivery.
During checkout there will be a premium shipping option and an economy option that will vary by country.
Shipping will vary by country, but for each location there should be an economy option and a premium option. We ship to pretty much everywhere in the world.
There will also be the option to during checkout to pay any duties and taxes in advance.
You have 30 days from the day of your delivery to return it to us. All normal returns terms and conditions apply to these items.
If you want to exchange an item then we will cover the cost of your return shipping (Please note that we DO NOT reserve stock for exchanges. If the item you have requested for an exchange is out stock when we process your return, we will issue you with store credit automatically). We do recommend you place a new order for the size you require asap to avoid disappointment.
If you decide you no longer want store credit, you can ask for a refund but you will be responsible for your return shipping costs.
Selecting store credit also means we will cover the cost of your return.
If you have selected Store credit you will receive a Gift voucher. If your Gift voucher has been created and we've emailed it to you will no longer be able to change your mind and ask for a refund. So please only select store credit if you are 100% sure.
If you send an item for a refund, then you will be responsible for the return shipping, or if you use a pre-paid label through us then we will deduct this amount from your refund.
Make sure the item is packaged with original packaging if possible, there is a second seal strip on the shipping bags which mean they can be re-used. If not, seal the item in a separate bag to the outer packaging.
Once the item has has been received at our warehouse, we will process and inspect it as soon as possible. Normally this is is within 5 working days of receipt. Please note during busy periods this can take longer.
If the items are not in their original condition, then we may only be able to issue a partial refund.

If your order is domestic and is just numbers (e.g 18796) then you will be able to use our self service returns portal by clicking here
If your order is international and begins with GE (e.g GE78910112) then you will be able to use our international self service returns portal by clicking here
Please note to use the portal you will need your order number and your email that you used to place the order.
If you are using the domestic portal, then your phone number or post code will also work.

If you're order hasn't already been shipped you may be able to cancel your order. Email with your order number and let our Customer Service team know you want to cancel the order. If your order hasn't been shipped the Customer Service Team will be able to cancel your order. Failing this you can return or exchange your order.
Each item on our website should have a size guide attached to it where you can find out the measurements for different aspects of a garment. Failing that feel free to use the chat function at the bottom of the screen and ask our Customer Service Team for more size info.
